Experience
Company EX METAL is on the market for 25 years, established in 1999 as a small private company specialized in custom metalworking of single pieces and small series manufacture. Over the years the company has increased by hiring new workers, buying new machining equipment and expanding the workspace.
In 2004 the company has changed its form to Ltd. At the present time the company is handling the manufacturing range from single custom made pieces as well as serial production.
Quality
At the present time the company has about 20 experienced workers whom we continue to train and educate to keep our production capabilities to fit the new technologies and to allow us to better fulfill the needs of our customers the best way possible.
Our equipment includes various CNC and conventional machines to guarantee wide range of production possibilities, high speed and quality of our production. To guarantee the accuracy according to our customer's specifications, we also have an accurate coordinate measuring machine Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S 9106 and Mitutoyo LH600 Height Gage. Ex Metal has ISO14001 and ISO9001 certification.
Modernizing
We follow evolution of new manufacturing procedures and modernize our machining equipment. Our aim is to to keep up with new trends in metalworking and to always provide our clients with the best possible products and services.
During the existence of our company, we have established a successful continuous cooperation with a lot of customers, not only from Slovakia but from other EU countries as well.
